2014 LA PERLA NEGRA

A rich, Estate Grown, Pinot noir wine with deeper color and a fuller body. With hints of oak this wine has rich earthy aromas and red fruit flavor notes. It is a wine with a much bolder/richer and complex profile that goes beyond your classic light-bodied wines from California, Oregon, or France.

2017 EL CID

A medium to full bodied, yet fruitier vintage of Cabernet sauvignon. This wine is lightly structured with pronounce black fruits, and complex earthy aromas and flavors. Familiar cassis notes with aromas and flavors of chocolate, coffee, and tobacco. On the palate, it has an easy complexity, well assembled and persistent. Medium plus, yet soft tannins, promising great aging potential.

2015 ESPERANZA

Made from the international noble and very aromatic Syrah grape. Dark berry aromas and pronounce cherry flavors, with peppery and chocolate notes. This is a full-bodied wine with aromatic notes of dark red fruits, chocolate, and hints of coffee. Excellent pairing with braised wild game and grilled salmon and vegetable dishes.

2016 SIDEWAYS

Yum, no need to say more! A very popular easy drinking blend of Cabernet franc and Merlot. A smooth, soft tannin wine that is very food friendly with red fruit and spice notes. An excellent wine for long aging that brings out the best of this wine. Pairs well with most roasted meat, wild game dishes, or hard cheese appetizers and roasted pork entrees.

2017 SANTA MAGDALENA

A classic single varietal wine from the Spanish Monastrell grape (aka Mourvedre in France). Lighter in body than most reds with jammy fruit forward aromas and flavors. Recommended to be well aerated to bring out the aromas and flavors of the black fruit, chocolate, and smoke. This wine is very food friendly and easy on the palate. Great by itself or light appetizers. Think sweet tomato/apple cider BBQ sauces.

2017 SANTA BELLA de las PIEDRAS

True to style of Spanish Rosés made from the Garnacha grape with mild citrusy, red fruit notes, some light floral aromas, and lean on the palate. A perfect complement for complete meals from appetizers to main entre. Served well chilled, it is a great match for outdoor summer meals.

2017 DULCINEA [SOLD OUT]

A semi-sweet Spanish Rosé made from the 100% Pinot noir grape. With black and red fruit notes and flavors, it is the perfect wine alone or with light marinated appetizers like ceviche, chicken skewers, spicy fish tacos and spicy southwest eggrolls.
